This Cookie Policy explains how POFKARIO HOLDINGS LIMITED (Cyprus, registration no. HE 467843, "Lingvoo", "we") uses cookies and similar technologies on lingvoo.com, lingvoo.ai, start.lingvoo.com and app.lingvoo.com. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy (lingvoo.com/privacy).
1. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies include browser local storage, session storage and pixels/tags. In this Policy we call all of them "cookies".
- First-party cookies are set by our own domains. Third-party cookies are set by another provider, such as Google.
- Session cookies are deleted when you close the browser; persistent cookies remain for the period stated below.
2. Your choices
When you first visit our sites from the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, a banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies, or choose by category, and analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you agree. Elsewhere they are on by default. Strictly necessary cookies are always on because the Services cannot work without them. You can change your choice at any time through the Cookies link in the footer of any of our sites, and you can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Rejecting non-essential cookies does not affect your ability to use Lingvoo.

We use the advertising click identifier and, for payments, a hashed email address for Google enhanced conversions only with your consent, as described in section 6 of the Privacy Policy.
4. Other technologies
- Google STUN server. The listener page contacts stun.l.google.com to set up the audio connection, so Google receives your device's IP address. This does not set cookies and is necessary for the listener page to work.
- Error monitoring (Sentry). Error reports are sent without your IP address and without session replay; Sentry is not used to track you across sites.
5. Changes
We may update this Policy when we change the cookies we use. The current version is always available at lingvoo.com/cookies. Where a change requires new consent, we will ask again.
